- We fill in your loan application, so you avoid any potential delays by missing any vital information.
- We follow up with the lender to make sure that your application is not stuck in a long queue and if there are any issues we can negotiate a positive resolution on your behalf
(because we’ve worked with all banks throughout the years we know what the average process application time-frames are and can take early action if there is a problem)

- When the bank approves your loan application we make sure you are all set and ready to manage successfully your new financial commitment –
- We notify you of your loan approval and settlement and make sure your get your new credit cards and new accounts set-up correctly (if refinancing).
Bonus service – taking a home/property loan is one of the biggest financial decision you’ll make in your life time so we help you manage your financial responsibility with ease and prepare for you a special “Fast-track my loan repayment” financial plan, which will help reduce the life-span of your mortgage, and your loan costs and the burden of carrying them for 25 to 30 years.
